Try before you pay
ClickDesign Invoicing has a free plan with no time limit and no card required, so you can try the Service properly before subscribing.
14-day money-back guarantee
If you are not happy with your first paid subscription, contact us within 14 days of the first payment and we will refund it in full. Email mahmood@clickdesign.uk from your account email address.
Renewals and cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel at any time from Settings → Manage billing — your plan then stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, and you will not be charged again. We do not normally refund partial unused periods after renewal, except where the law requires or where a renewal charge was taken in error — in that case contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will put it right.
How refunds are paid
Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our merchant of record. Approved refunds are returned by Paddle to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 working days.
Your statutory rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
